• Each passenger can have one checked bag with a maximum weight of 20 kg 1 luggage/person and one personal bag free of charge, If the bag is overweight 20 kg. You will incur additional fees based on weight as follows:
• overweight 21 -25 kg: incur additional 20 thb
• overweight 26 -30 kg: incur additional 50 thb
• overweight 31 -50 kg: incur additional 100 thb
• overweight 51 -80 kg: incur additional 150 thb
• overweight 81 -100 kg: incur additional 200 thb
• Surfboard: incur additional 300 thb
• Amendment/Change of departure date, time, pick-up and drop-off location can be made at least 3 days ahead of your departure date.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Leave at least 2 hours between your ETA and bus departure time to pick-up your baggage, get visa, pass immigration and custom clearance. Bus will not wait you if you are late.
• In case of flight delay the next available coach can be arranged (50 THB fee. See T&C for more details).
• Please print out the first page of your 12Go voucher.
• Hotel pick-up: the operator's staff will pick you up from your hotel lobby. Please stand by at least 30 minutes earlier. In case the staff cannot find you or you are not ready to leave the hotel, the staff reserves the right to mark the booking as "no-show" and leave the hotel immediately. The operator is not liable for any refund.
